CSI Boston hopes all of our members, guests, and their families and friends are staying healthy and safe.

The Boston chapter held virtual meetings in March, April and May and therefore saved the costs incurred for dinner meetings. The chapter decided to give back a portion of this money to local charities effected by the pandemic. We selected charities that provide critical support to healthcare workers, first responders, other essential workers, the homeless and the food insecure.

CSI Boston donated $3000.00 divided equally between the following charities:
The Greater Boston Food Bank

Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program

Massachusetts COVID-19 Relief Fund

If you are a Boston CSI member and have the unfortunate circumstance of becoming unemployed, we think the first place you should be is at a CSI meeting networking with your friends and making connections. To support existing members, your chapter has established a fund for unemployed members to cover up to 5 individual memberships each calendar year. This is a first come, first served benefit. In addition, due to Covid-19, the Institute has a program for an extension of the grace period to 90 days. Please contact the chapter treasurer or president for info on both programs.

Our Summer Social and Awards typically held in June is postponed until we can meet in person.
